Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
Once the return is approved, merchandise can be exchanged or a GIFT CARD can be issued.
Gift cards are valid for one year.
NO MONEY REFUND will be given under any circumstances.
Merchandise MUST be UNWORN and UNWASHED.
Merchandise MUST HAVE ALL TAGS ATTACHED.
Returns that are DAMAGED, SOILED , or ALTERED will NOT BE ACCEPTED and will be returned to the customer.
All sale merchandise is FINAL SALE.
PRICE ADJUSTMENT:
eluä honors a ONE TIME price adjustment on FULL PRICE merchandise within 7 days of the retail purchase date.
Items not purchased at the total price are NOT ELIGIBLE for price adjustments.
You must contact us at leyshlamauro@eluatheshop.com or elisaumpierre@eluatheshop.com within the 7-day window to obtain a price adjustment on an online purchase.
Adjustments will not be given on merchandise that was on sale or promotional purchases. Price adjustments will be issued in the original form of payment.
COSTS OF RETURNS:
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
The customer is responsible for exchanging shipping charges.
For international orders please know we cannot refund duties, tariffs, customs fees, or shipping charges.
